Train: Marrakech railway station (Gare de Marrakech) is about 3 km from the riad. ONCF trains connect Casablanca (approx. 3 h), Rabat (approx. 4 h) and Fes (approx. 7 to 8 h). From the station, a petit taxi takes about 10 to 15 minutes.
Car: the medina is car-free. Guarded parking near Jemaa el-Fnaa costs about 5 EUR (50 MAD) per night; from there it is roughly eight minutes on foot to the riad.
Coming from Jemaa el-Fnaa, follow the main lane towards the souks. After about five minutes you reach the Rahba Lakdima square. Rue Sidi Isshak starts right beside it; follow it to Derb Amisgui and look for number 8 and the Riad Tasneem sign above the door.
GPS can be imprecise inside the medina lanes. If in doubt, aim for Rahba Lakdima; from the square it is a one-minute walk.
If you get lost: send us a WhatsApp photo of where you are and we will guide you in. Or hail a petit taxi and say "Riad Tasneem, Rue Sidi Isshak". After your booking we also send a picture route description.
Check-in from 12:00 to 00:00 (midnight). Arriving after 22:00 is no problem; just send your arrival time in advance by WhatsApp. Check-out by 10:30; we store luggage on request, both before check-in and after check-out.
